Materials:

4 mm crochet hook

Cotton yarn (your preferred color)

Scissors and yarn needle
Steps:

Base:

Chain 46 (or desired width).

Work 4 rows of double crochet (dc) for a solid base.

Mesh Body:

Row 1: Ch 3, dc 1, ch 1, skip 1 stitch, repeat across, dc 1 in last stitch.

Row 2: Ch 3, dc in dc from previous row, ch 1, skip chain space, repeat.

Continue until desired height (about 20–22 rows).

Top Solid Rows:

Work 4 rows of double crochet to finish the top edge.

Handles:

Attach yarn at top edge, ch 60 for the first handle, skip 12 stitches, join with dc.

Repeat on the other side.

Work 2–3 rows of dc over the handles and top edge for strength.

Finishing:

Weave in ends and add a bow or tie for decoration.
